The Staff Team
Andrea Hauxwell - Chief Officer (left)
Andrea works with local groups, giving help and advice on a whole host of subjects including constitutions, setting up a group, becoming a registered charity, laws and regulations and funding applications (to name a few). She also works across South Aberdeenshire area with Shire-wide Partnerships and forums, representing the local community at strategic levels.
Lindsay Allardyce - Information Manager (right)
Lindsay is responsible for the publicising the work of K&D Voice through the newsletter, website and various information leaflets. She also runs the Grantfinder program that allows local groups to begin the process of researching potential funders for their projects. Lindsay also sends out mailshots to our contacts on a variety of issues including funding, training, events and information concerning the voluntary sector.
Valerie Cameron - Administration & Information Support (middle)
Valerie is the first point of contact at K&D Voice. She will either be able to help you with your query or put you on to someone who can. Valerie provides invaluable support to other members of staff by keeping all our contacts up to date, taking care of all internal administration, helping to organise events, keeping our financial records and supporting the work of the Information Officer. Valerie also processes Disclosure applications on behalf of volunteers in the South Aberdeenshire area.
Sarah Groom - Development Worker
Sarah is currently developing the K&D Voice database. She is compiling information on and interviewing all voluntary groups in our local community, so that we are able to evaluate the local voluntary sector and target our services more efficiently.
